- Be a resident of Puerto Rico
- Have a valid photo identification
- Be employed or generating income that can be evidenced
- Have a permanent or regular employment
- Work a minimum of 20 hours or more weekly

Your purchase financing is through Empresas Berríos Inc., with interest rates (APR) ranging from 0% to 34.95% for a maximum term of 60 months. The interest rate is determined based on the credit score. Offer for loans with repayment terms of 42, 48, 50, and 60 months with 0% interest (APR) for customers with a credit score of (0, 0, 0), a minimum financing amount of $3,500.00. Other interest rates may apply depending on the credit score. The base interest rate (APR base) is from 5.95% to 34.95%. The interest rate (APR) is determined based on the credit score. Subject to credit approval. Certain restrictions apply. Discounts for our low prices apply to cash sales and financing through Empresas Berríos Inc. The warranty for items purchased is directly with the manufacturer. Merchandise pickup will be at the Mueblerías Berrios Distribution Center on Carretera 172 Km. 49.7 Barrio Bayamón in Cidra. Items displayed in our showrooms do not include accessories or mattresses. Regular product prices range from $49.00 to $4,999.00, and on special from $46.00 to $4,800.00. You will also be required to show your valid government-issued driver's license or another photo ID, a recent utility bill (light or water), and recent income evidence. Information collected by Empresas Berrios Inc. will be kept confidentially according to privacy laws.
